Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery

• Standard delivery: 3-5 working days.

• Express delivery: 1-2 working days.

• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 5 pm.

• Free delivery on orders over £50.

• International shipping incurs a 20% surcharge.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Returns

• You may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

• To initiate a return, email info@fenrirpowernutrition.co.uk with your order details.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receipt of the returned item.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide photographic evidence.

• We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
